‘Arts n’importe quoi’
In January 2005 the ‘Foundation a n’importe quoi’
Will find its permanent home in the village of Péret, in the Languedoc region of Southern France.
The object of the Foundation A.N.P.Q will be to provide a cultural environment for the promotion of creative activity and dialogue.
The Foundation will welcome artists, designers, writers, performers, scientists and all those who share a common belief in the creative act –n’importe quoi- and the curiosity to follow their creative pathway -n’importe où.
The Foundation in its physical form will comprise:
An exhibition/gallery/workspace approx.75sq.m.
A courtyard gallery and workshop approx.110 sq.m.
A residential studio apartment approx. 70 sq.m.
The Foundation will also host its own internet site dedicated to publishing the works of visiting artists, creating links with similar international urban and de-centralised creative communities.
The Foundation A.N.P.Q. will encourage support for its artists and their activities from international, national and regional arts organisations, and from individual commercial and private sponsors.

what a delight in this age of globalisation and the invasion by the corporate big business ethic (or lack therof)of the artistic and creative sphere that there remain those with integrity and the courage to stand by their principles
